Exchange is the board. Yard cash is what the scale is paying, national average. Not a local bid.
Metals recycling
Copper keeps creeping, $6.67/lb today, up 1.1% on the day and 5.2% over 30 days, so the clean bright pile is getting treated like a priority again. Steel is doing the opposite, US HRC is $1,187/st, down 1.0% today while still up 2.7% on the month, which feels like mills tapping the brakes after a decent run. Aluminum at $3,353/mt is basically flat today (+0.3%) and off 5.3% in 30 days, so cans and breakage feel a little heavier.
