Had to laugh at the buy board today. Copper is $6.62/lb, up 0.6% on the day and 4.7% over 30 days, so the #2 wire bin stays busy and nobody is rushing to lock anything in. Aluminum is $3,402/mt, down 2.3% today and 3.6% on the month, which is the kind of slide that turns clean sheet into "maybe next week." Gold is $4723.50/oz, up 2.1% today and 16.1% in 30 days, so the e-scrap guys keep poking around for boards.
